Where shall I find the code of my machine?

Find a sticker on the surface of your machine; this sticker contains BH logo and a code, together with other info about the machine. What we need to identify the machine is the model code, which usually begins with G or H followed by three or four numbers.

My machine has no sticker or I am not able to find it, how shall I obtain the model code?

If you keep the instructions manual, you can find the model code on the first page, written in bold. This code usually begins with G or H followed by three or four numbers. You can also have a look at the invoice, where you should find the code together with the name of the machine.
If you keep neither the manual nor the invoice, please write an email to our Aftersales service services@bhfitness.com and attach a couple of photos of your machine, so that we can try to help you identify the model.

What shall I do once I have the code of my machine?

There are two options:
Option 1: Type the code into the browser and press Search button. If your machine is included in the web catalogue, a list with all the spare parts of the machine that you can buy through the web will be displayed.
Option 2: Choose the type of your machine (bike, treadmill, rower…) by pressing the category photo and find your machine in the pull-down menu. If your machine is included in the web catalogue, a list with all the spare parts of the machine that you can buy through the web will be displayed.
If your machine is not included in the web catalogue or if the spare part you are looking for is not on the list, please go to the shop where you bought the machine or get in touch with our Aftersales service services@bhfitness.com and we will give you advice.

What shall I do if I have neither the code of my machine nor the code of the spare part I need?

You can go to the shop where you bought the machine or to any other shop where BH brand is sold and they will help you. Please find the nearest shop in BH official website www.bhfitness.com.

Do spare parts bought through www.bhfitnessglobalservices.com website hold guarantee?

Yes. For individuals, BH takes responsibility for the defects which appear within 2 natural years since the date when the order was delivered. For companies, BH takes responsibility for the defects which appear within 6 natural months since the date when the order was delivered. The guarantee does not cover damages in items caused by the client himself when assembling or installing them.
Together with your order, you will receive a delivery note containing the commercial value; this note can be used if you need to qualify for the guarantee. If you happen to have any kind of event, please send an email to services@bhfitness.com describing the problem and attaching the delivery not or call as to + 34 945 127 020.

How long does it take to receive the order?

Once we have received the payment, your order will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days to your shipping address.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will ship your order when Exercycle, S.L. receives the payment in our account number. If you chose payment with credit card and/or PayPal, we will ship your order as soon as your online payment is accepted.
